Predictions for "The Tenties"

A new decade is coming so what do you predict we can expect to see in the roaring tenties? Flying cars? Holographic High Defintion Television’s? The collapse of modern society in 2012? Simon Cowell to be exposed as Hitler? The Ice Caps to melt? Walsall (My hometown) finally to win the Preimership?

3D movies and games…

Just another typical day in society…

We’ve been mired in the Reagan “Decade” for the past 30 years. I predict it finally comes to its long-awaited end in 012. In other words I don’t consider the 010 new year to be the end of an era.

edit: also I predict Black mesa in 2010

Sex robots!

They already have them.

^^^^^^^

fix’d

I wish I had one

Same shit, different decade…

I expect another war.

There will be blood…

…But only because toddlers fall and skin their knees.

Nothing new I guess… Let’s hope Valve releases Episode 3 this year and the long-awaited Black Mesa.

In 2015, time-travelling DeLoreans will have hover-conversions, so they no longer require roads to get up to 88mph

Nah, we gotta push that shit along the traintracks, while getting it hit by a bolt of lightning.

All chickens will be gasoline powered, and surprisingly, they will get pretty good mileage.

But that’ll make me buying my own strip of road useless :’( . Oh well.

This.

i predict vast advancements in the space program, what with obama actually funding them now, and thus the ability to travel to other planets in a commercial sense. there’s already a space shuttle that people can pay for tickets to get onto and go into space in.

oh, i also predict the disassembly of all nuclear weapons in the US and the laser defense system (of which 4 exist) to be further used. Now that that nuke happy bush isn’t in office anymore we might have a decent shot at not having so many god damn nukes laying around.

predict that i will never see 2011 if the word tenties catches on

This.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
