everyone knows that Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood came to Pre-Purchase, then bought one but says that i have insufficient funds on my credit card. after a while tried again and it worked, but in the Steam Store does not say that I have the game, example: You Already own Half-Life 2: Episode Two.
But the Library appears that I bought. and someone explains to me the thing of Premium content

Not 100% sure I got it right, but if you mean that you can see the game in your library but it does not say that you already have the game in a green box on the store page that is normal for pre-purchase. It says the same for my copy of homefront.
Have you already contacted steam support? It would have taken you the same time to ask them this question, as it did to make this thread.
But hey, maybe someone here can help.

If the game appears on the game list, then everything is ok.
and digital deluxe edition, how do I get the making of and other things?
