i killed mine with a Big assed static discharge… It went like 7 inches, and right into the ethernet port…
Fuck that, the new Apple keyboards are the best ones I’ve ever used. And I’ve used a lot.
I actually had one for about a month(from a dead mac mini) and I only used it for 3 minutes because I was too lazy to find my normal usb keyboard, but then I decided the mac keyboard was too shitty to use… And then someone bought it from me for 20 bucks… I was surprised anyone would want it but then I saw how many people online have mac keyboards with a PC… It just doesn’t make any sense, or maybe I just don’t see that magic apple layer that exists on all of their products…
Are you talking about the flat aluminum ones or the big/chunky plexi ones?
I haven’t used a keyboard that’s more ergonomic, sturdy and reactive than the aluminum Apple keyboard. Sure, it might be bad for Windows/gaming due to the lack of proper functioning F-keys in Windows, but in terms of comfort and quality, they rock imho.
Lolz, im on the same computer as that one, apart from its not mine, and ive classed it as inferior lol. my new one should be arriving any minute today.
Edit : im on a 3000. not your 8300.
It’s not anything against Apple, though. Even on the macbook pro or the new sony vaio that has the same keyboard I didn’t like it.
I think I would rate the old big plexi apple keyboard higher.
What the fuck are you even talking about?
You couldn’t have chosen a different font color or saved your image using the PNG format?
Also that’s probably the slowest config you can have, a core solo at that frequency performs somewhere between a P4 celeron and pentium III… And the 8400GS was a very shitty GPU, price/performance wise. And 4gb of DDR2 will not do anything if you’re using a slow 200GB HDD and a pentium 4.

Haha if it wasn’t a DeLL you could overclock that Q6600 to at least 3 ghz.
What’s a Q6600 and what keeps me from over clocking it anyway? I’ve never tried, cause I don’t know how, but did Dell put restrictions on it or something?
Q6600 is the model of your processor.
Dell doesn’t have OCing abilities in its BIOS, or my i5 would be at ~3.0 Ghz.
There has to be a way around it though, maybe a custom BIOS?

I have 4 computers in my room. My desktop, my laptop, a jumble of parts in a milk crate which boot up, and my backup server. The backup server is going downstairs a while later after it’s all set up for my family. It’s running Restore, which looks good from what I’ve heard of it. If this doesn’t work, I’ll try an Ubuntu backup server or something.
Excuse my messy shit atm, im working shitty hours and havent been fucked to clean it, torn apart another pc and expecting new motherboard, case, psu and graphics card. will send you pictures of a nice clean setup room and comp sorry about size im half asleep and dont know whats happening.
