STEAM’s great, but I think a lot of people also buy from GOG.com so let’s see your shelf :smiley:

Never heard of GOG.com.

It’s quite good if you want to play some old games that take a lot of fiddling to get them to work. and they’re dirt cheap to boot :stuck_out_tongue:

The only games I haven’t purchased on steam are retail copies, and I think I’ll keep it that way purely because I don’t want to juggle two digital distribution services. What are key differences between Steam and GOG anyway?

Most of the time GOG.com is a wee bit cheaper, and they have lots of old games that STEAM doesn’t have. Plus, there’s no DRM and they’re fixed to work on WinXP and Vista.
