I lol’d

holy shit keep it this way

Nah…

looks fine to me.

No idea whats happening man… sorry

How is it happening? By this I mean, are the vertexes stretching completely randomly, or are they moving in certain ways throughout the animations, or something else?

If you use this model, and make some vid and post it on youtube, then you win.

Trust me

Wth is coming out of his nose :expressionless:

his left eye

Damn, those eyes are scary :fffuuu:

Perhaps the model file is corrupted somehow? Maybe it has some sort of incompatibility with the viewer you are using.

Another possibility is that your graphics card is damaged or overheating, which could be causing graphical glitches. This probably isn’t the issue though, as you would have likely noticed issues with other programs as well.

Did you modify the mesh in an external editor? If so, Which one? I had this problem when I export models to the raw valve format and import it into XSI. The weights for each point don’t get exported from the .mdl correctly and If i want to modify a model, I typically have to re-paint the weights for each point on the model.

Edit- Also, Make sure your scale for the bone structure as well as the model is at 0 when you export the model.

Well I’m sure i fixed the weightmaps. But i will go back and check them again. Thanks guys!

Yeah when you decompile a model the weights don’t come up fight.
I’m pretty new to this. This is my first model.

Still better than I could do

If you are trying to use XSI, Just keep in mind that it is really easy to miss painting the weight for points that are being overlapped by the mesh. The closer you are to being done, the harder it gets to see the bad points.

Yeah, that’s why I’m selecting the points and i’m enveloping them to the bones i want.(painting the wights is really out of control)

Holy Shit those pictures scared me

Look at your signature soldier !Only babies should be scared ! YOU SHOULDN’T BE SCARED OF NOTHING…NOTHING YOU HEAR ME ?
Oh,sorry wrong meeting.

anyways, does it look like this in-game?
