You haven’t compared the beautiful act of sexual intercourse with the industrial drilling for ressources right now, have you?
Man, show the female body a little respect, won’t ya? It’s man’s main source of pleasure in this world!

The female body is in quite a terrible shape, actually. It’s barely capable of bearing children anymore, let alone give birth the natural way. The massive amount of c-sections performed these days is evidence of that.
So the female body really isn’t something you should have respect for. You can admire it’s beauty, but there’s nothing to respect.
And no, I’m not claiming the male body is perfect, it isn’t.
That’s a little bit one-sided, I think.
The sheer amount of annoying and painful processes that the female body endures either because it has no choice (menstruation), is desired to look good (peelings, shavings, waxings, exercise, wearing of high-heels etc…) or wants to reproduce itself (pregnancy) is so much greater than any pain man can suffer. And after all that, it still remains functional and capable of enduring even more of this.
And you, as someone who understands the scientific process, should know that an increase in c-sections is not exactly “evidence”, let alone “proof” of a decline of the female body. It backs up your theory, I admit, but that’s just coherence.
I think to endure pain > to inflict pain. The male body is more designed to inflict pain on others, instead of enduring it. So yes, I have respect for the female body. And - in case it comes in a shape aesthetically appealing to me - I also admire it.
The human body in general is in a pretty terrible shape, except for those in the few hunter-gatherer societies left around the globe.
It makes me sad.
You mean how we have become so reliant on technology that our body’s have become weaker in a sense.
The body in general is quite miraculous, its a shame that we are not strained like the generations before us.
Reverse evolution and Darwinism. Well its evolution, but into laziness so I would say its backwards.
Well yes, modern lifestyles do play a huge part, but also the fact that bad genes gets thrown into the human gene-mixture, seeing as survival of the fittest is pretty much useless now, causing a genetic degeneration.
I don’t know why anyone isn’t working towards a full cyber-chassis actually, all you need is the brain.
In the end we will all become flying psychic space slugs
Err, that’s not quite how “survival of the fittest” works.
HL2 STORY ARC REVEALED
That basicly means we were doomed to become like this from the beginning. Not saying I disagree with you, but just pointing that out.
I don’t believe in fate, so neither do I buy the “doom story”.
It’s not really doomed as in “OMG WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE”, though.
The successful genes survive, because the weaker are killed off, and they get to pass on their genes to the next generation?
Well, I could imagine that the solution would to be live like cavemen, but I somehow doubt that people would be willing to do that (and we’re far too many people now anyway) so yeah, I guess we’re doomed
Oh, like you are entitled to have an opinion on that. We all know about your “experience” with the opposite sex.
Did you know that experience was pleasant?
First of all: The solution would NOT be to live like cavemen, considering they took care of eachother as well. Sure, we didn’t populate the earth as fast, and you said that we’re far to numerous.
Second of all: For the last fucking time: It’s not doomed as in “OMG WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE” kind of doom. I meant that it would’ve happen to every sentient species that takes care of others.
Science will save us bscly
I think you’ll find that anybody living in hunter-gatherer societies that are reminiscent of the ones the cavemen lived in are physically superior to every man in the “civilized” parts of the world that we live in, so yes, it would be the solution to save our inferior bodies. Except that it’s impossible to do for various reasons, but I think I already stated that.
Ehm, yeah? I did read your post but you didn’t specify what kind of doom you meant, so I just assumed you meant that we we’re doomed to be physically inferior slugs. Which is kinda what you were getting at anyway?
Oh, I think I misunderstood you and was confusing this with another thread. My bad.
