O_o
It would help if you actually put up an argument, you’re making us look bad.
Acristoff: If you’re referring to me, I didn’t think what was posted merited anything more. There are many things that computers can’t do. What was in question was, however, is the capability of a computer to play games such as Heavy Rain. No doubt, computers can. If a developer refuses to release a game for the computer, however, it doesn’t mean that consoles are superior than computers…
LOOK WHAT YOU’VE DONE!!!
BUT IT WAS FABULOUS!
AND HILARIOUS!
…and we already have another thread for that.
:meh:
Wait, who said they were?
I honestly don’t think either one is superior to the other. They both serve their purpose well.
I know, but macs are built to last, the only thing that annoys me about them is the ridiculous over pricing.
QFMFT :jizz::jizz:
You have to pay for quality hardware.
For example, Macs typically come with backlit LED monitors, which are superior to LCDs and, of course, CRTs.
Also, the keyboards–the current ones are laser cut; it’s one solid chunk of aluminum–no plastic whatsoever.
QUALITY.
it comes at a price.
Also, Apple will soon be making their own processors instead of using Intel.
Did you know Apple computers will be running the latest Intel processors ~3 months before they get released to us? Apple and Intel have a great deal going…
If VALVe do release source for Apple Macs, I might consider getting one for my next pc.
I find this hard to believe.
Well it is true…
Doubt it.
Yes, Apple and Intel have a partnership, but from what I’ve read, there’s nothing saying they get Intel’s newest processors months before they’re released to the public.
That I am sceptical about.
As far as I know, there is no successful Original XBox emulator, let alone an XBox 360 emulator. Don’t you think that, by now, there would of been an emulator for at least the original XBox?
Maybe we will see a good XBox emulator some day, maybe even an XBox 360 emulator, but by then the XBox 720 will be out, and both the original XBox and the 360 would be dirt cheap.
Also, you may as well forget a PS3 emulator coming out. Even professional developers (including Valve) say it’s a bitch to develop for, let alone a few hackers living in their parent’s basement.
Welcome to 12 years ago.
You’re talking about the core i7 mac pro that was released 2 years ago? Oh wait.
Here it is, right there.
Proof that mac users are idiots.
