Operation Crowbar

The idea is to mail as many crowbars as possible to Valve, as well as email, facebook, etc. pictures of crowbars.

I’m sure some of you will say it’s retarded, but to me it seems like some good harmless fun and a nice way to remind Valve of what we really want. Half-Life, bitches.

I’m tempted to go to a hardware store and just buy out their stock of crowbars and mail them to Valve. I want to see a picture of their crowbar covered offices after this is done.

Hell, I’ll do it.

This sure sounds like it would be annoying. I don’t think could willfully assist in harassing the people at my favorite video game company. It also seems like a tremendous waste of money to mail them crowbars when that money could go to something productive.

It would also be fucking hilarious.

There’s nothing you can do about it anymore. A lot of people already bought crowbars.

Someone in the thread brought up ordering them beer instead in reference to Barny’s business.

I believe that is the better choice.

@ xalener: fully agree, Valve would be far less annoyed.
However the idea of the crowbars makes it a lot more hilarious though.

Oh noes, Valve would be pissed, what shall we do??
But seriously, better fucking pissed then fucking silent.

Just looked at Valve’s Facebook…HOLY FUCK that is a lot of crowbars.

Gamers are dicks, man.

Epic.

This

Is

BRIRRIANT!

If I were Valve I’d be pleased. Rake in a few hundred crowbars, and release Half-Life 3 Ultimate edition which comes with a crowbar. You could easily price that at $100 with a good amount bonus materials on top of the game itself.

Or just post a picture showing all of the crowbars in the office, maybe every staff member holding one in a huge photo.

I would fucking love Valve if they released HL3/Ep3 with a crowbar like you’re saying. That would be awesome.

Please spell correctly.

And yeah, if Valve just put up, say, a picture of the entire staff holding all the crowbars; that would make my week.

It is not enough until the entire staff holds at least two crowbars!
