Operation Black Mesa hits Greenlight!

ok

Now someone make a Black Mesa version of it. :3

Well, well, what a pleasant surprise it is, it would appear that the mods are in good hands…
:fffuuu: :fffuuu: :fffuuu: :what: :what: :what: :aah: :hmph: :aah: :hmph:

Voted!

Hey devs, you should post threads about this topic on:

facepunch: https://facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=339&

reddit.com: https://www.reddit.com/r/halflife

in one hand our mod , in the other one our beloved borovička

Thanks!

We already have an announcement on Reddit.

Wow, that tool isn’t voting for you guys because of Black Mesa.
But, it is Reddit, so I’m not all that surprised.

OBM released 5 new pics due to their small update https://www.moddb.com/mods/operation-black-mesa/images/cockroach#imagebox

Operation Black Mesa > Black Mesa… IT HAS COCKROACHES!!!

I know I’m gonna get killed for this but is there any chance this mod will release within the next 3 years?

50% x 3 : 100% = 1 that means definitely

fuck

I would love to assist with the development of either GD or OBM; but unless they need more conceptual art or an extra voice actor, there isn’t a lot I could help with.

The concept artist position is open. Any extra set of skills you happen to bring along is also welcome.
Have a peek at our jobs page.

Looks promising; I’ll see what I can do about submitting an application for conceptual artistry in the near future, assuming academics don’t get in the way too much.

I’m thrilled to announce that we currently hold #4 in Greenlight!

We thank everyone for their votes. An early greenlight helps more features to become reality (such as multi-platform support).

In other news, Operation Black Mesa has a new title theme.
We have released a vertical slice of it: Click here to listen.

:jizz: Awesome! I haven’t been keeping track of it’s spot. So, when’s release? Heh.

Making it this far took a little longer than I imagined it would. You guys’ work is impressive and there’s so many people asking about the expansion, I thought it would happen in only a month or two.

T_T already posted it

Ooh, snap.

I was having account issues, so I was only able to recover it today. Hence I went straight on, ignored every other post and typed away.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
