First of all, I want to say that the HD pack is awesome, but I don’t want the Beretta or the M4, but I also want the rest. Anyone know how I can delete only those two?
First of all, why would you want to have ugly-ass Glock and MP5 amongst other hi-res models?
Delete just the materials responsible for beretta and M4 in materials/models/weapons, some shit like that.
I don’t want the “ugly-ass glock and MP5”. I’m trying to get other skins for those weapons, but for some reason the HD pack says “NO11!!1!!1” and doesn’t let me use it.
then deactivate the HD Pack and extract the files and put them in the hl folder manualy…
Now I have a new problem. Whenever I put on the HEV suit, the game closes and a message pops up saying “SV_start sound = 510”
Reduce your volume levels in the options screen. (the error means a sound is out of range)
I think the HEV suit can only go up to 70% max sound or something, I had this problem a while ago. Trick is to find the max volume and physically enter it into the GCF.
As for the model pack, you could always download the non-steam HD pack and delete the models you don’t want.

That sound error is rather annoying.
And ODB the glock is way better than the Beretta!
