https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3ALwKeSEYs is pretty much the most fitting display of my response.

Can’t be without coming buckets to this kind of news.

Unrelated, but you have the creepiest Shepard I’ve ever seen.

I don’t know, the fact that it isn’t coming to consoles kinda worries me. Apple devices and PC only? I suspect shitty casual game.

coll, y u no use descriptive title

omg wtf

I always wanted to play XIII but I was too young to buy it at the time. I can’t find it anywhere online… damn, I might have to buy an actual, physical copy :[

I played XIII for a little bit and never really got into it. Might pick this up when it gets cheap.

I feel like I’m missing out on something. What is XIII?

:expressionless:

An old-ish cel-shaded shooter that made a few waves in like 2003 or whenever it came out, then immediately sank beneath the radar and was never heard of again. At the time, I believe I was still fighting my mom for the right to play violent video games (lol), and so XIII was out of the question.

The real question is, what will they call it?

Why exactly was it called XIII in the first place? Did they ever say in the game?

Name of the main character according to the wiki page.

It was the name of the comics that the story was based on.

That too.

Also am I missing something to this game? So far everything I read about it praises its art style, and little else.

More terrific games rely on art (visuals, voice acting, gimmicky innovations) than you may think. Check out Mass Effect and Dead space.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
