New Mod - Operation λambda

Hello all,

I have recently started work on a new mod called Operation λambda. I would appreciate it if you could show some support by visiting our Website and registering on our Forums.

We are also looking for talented people to help with our mod, if you are interested in participated please post a thread here or E-mail me. Please put the details about what you would like to do and what past experience you have had within the thread or the E-mail.

Thank you,
I hope that you enjoy this mod (when it’s finished :stuck_out_tongue: ) and hopefully (some of you) may help us.

It’s certainly a nice looking website. And it looks like you have a decent sized team as well. I wish you good luck!

Thank you Nick, I appreciate it.

Quite an interesting idea for a mod. Do you need concept artists and skinners?

Change the font on the website, it’s hard to read.

Indeed

Yes, that is an area we are certainly lacking in at the moment. We would definitely be grateful for any concept artists and/or skinners.

Sick idea for a mod!

I’ll register soon, but I can’t wait to see how this mod progresses!

Do you pronounce the mod’s name as “Operation Lambda-ambda”?

lol, no just Operation Lambda.

I’m interested… You’ll be hearing from me shortly. :3

The :lambda: is used as an A, not an I. Your mod is actually called “Operation Aambda”

I’ve contacted you about concept/skinning

No they used it as an L

Take a :lambda: and rotate it counterclockwise 90 degrees, you get a fucked up L.

Why not call it Operation L:lambda:mbda?

Good luck thats an intresting mod and challaning considering we have no idea what the force to invade the earth looked like.Good luck

Letters that arose from Lambda include the Roman L. Sources: Wikipedia

The reason that you believe that it is an A is because it was used in the Half-Life 2 font as a capital A.

Thank you,
I will contact you shortly.

I’ve contacted you about several things.
Also, I’ll post a thread on your website.

Ok, thank you λdam, I will contact you when I get some time, which should be today.

I like the idea, looking forward to see some progress!
Oh and by the way mate, you misstyped Black Mesa at “… a scientist from Black Meda…” I guess you might want to correct it!

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
