I am buying a new computer, and these are the specifications i choose for it.
I need professional advice, is this a good setup, in terms that will those components run
well with each other?
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H (LGA 1150)
Processor: Intel Core i5-4460
Graphics card: GTX 760 Phantom 4GB
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB
HDD: Western Digital Green 2TB (20EZRX)
SSD (for system only): Seagate SSHD 1TB (ST1000DX001)
Power adapter: Corsair CX500
As long as the components are all compatible with each other and you’re happy with the price I’d say do it.
However personally I’d get an Independent SSD such as one of Samsung’s Evo line for a boot drive and a GTX900 series card.
I avoid Seagate like the plague.

If your SSD is for your system only, why are you getting 1TB? If it’s literally just system, you could save a bunch by getting a 64 or 128GB. I’ve got a 240GB Samsung EVO that I keep the OS, applications, and a heavily-modded Skyrim on (it’s about half full).
The Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB (ST1000DX001) is a hybrid drive, and not a full SSD, meaning it is a HDD paired with a small caching SSD (8GB on this model).
