Well, I don’t need it. I want to get one for my sister and her family. Low cost for a mid-level machine that can play most games at mid level graphics would be acceptable. Anyone have anything they would like to recommend?
Lenovo y510p is the best bang for your buck imo. Really cheap, but still packs some good hardware. IIRC they just anounced a new model, you might want to check that one out too. The one problem I’ve heard about is some people have issues with the system’s SLI reaching its proper potential.
I recommend laptops with intel + radeon configurations because Nvidia sucks
this is a crazy deal i found on a used HP quad core i7 3rd gen with Geforce 650 (2gb dedicated vram) for only 500$
I don’t trust used electronics from unknown sources. Hmm, I need to find something cheaper than expected, which means low quality. Meh…
