Get a small container of some sort and drain it into your bathtub.
Fix the clog once the level is down.
Clean both the toilet and the bathtub, and then bloody well take a bath in hand sanitizer.

Use a Flange Plunger (the black one,) not the standard one.
They don’t invert and they are able to focus the water down the drain and push more water per plunge.

I lived in an apartment that had a crappy toilet that would clog from 2 tissues.
