…
Mods dead, Jim.
I got that.
Fucking hell, I want Ivan’s secrets, like, now
just read this thread through and my tablist is pretty overloaded, thats why i’m not sure anymore which link i got from here or searched for on moddb myself, but here are some interesting links i found:
Riot Act
was rated pretty high in the moddb ranking for hl²
might be worth looking into
Dissolution Mod
Sounded like it could be interesting
i focused on singleplayer mods and this is what i’ve found that wasn’t mentioned already. i’ve tried none of these mods out yet.
I pay tribute to Minerva, because it is well-made and definitely heart touching
It’s not the greatest mod ever, but it’s pretty ok.
Neotokyo is easily one of my favorite mods for Source. It’s got fast paced, tactics heavy gameplay in a futuristic vision of Tokyo heavily inspired by Ghost in the Shell, and it manages to make optical camouflage into a balanced game mechanic. People seriously need to play this mod more.
Dystopia is also a great choice for multiplayer gameplay. The game has a very nice cyberpunk atmosphere, and the meatspace/cyberspace gameplay options give the game a lot of depth.
On the single player front, Get A Lifewas a damn fun game, but I’m not sure if the updates to the engine broke the game or not. Regardless, it was a lengthy, varied single player experience.
I played Neotokyo ;'twas pretty fun
Online multiplayer ain’t really my thing…
What about Half life Source Enhanced?
If you want a game to play before Black Mesa get this mod!
Get a Life ruled
If only that didn’t require me to own half life :s ource :’(
Too bad everyone stopped playing after a week.
Not as bad as Brink, they still charge $50 for that ghost town.
Funny, I once told in BM chat that Brink was going to fail .
Well it’s a good thing I didn’t get Brink then.
It looked uninteresting anyway. Like TF2 but trying too hard.
