Modern Warfare 3

Oh right!
Is it that guy that left the forum to go to Spain or something?

I don’t even care. The kid was annoying as shit.

Nah, I’m fairly sure he went to Spain instead.

Or maybe he went to China. Like Adam.

Nah, it’s definitively Spain. How could you not remember ?

We all know: the Call of Duties and Battlefiel s in this world are simply waste. Shit. Crap and Trash.
End of discussion.

I’m actually in agreement with mankyman here.

Though I still get some games on console, most of my singleplayer and FPS games are going to be PC.

Battlefield 3 will of course be better than the cannon fodder that is Call of duty modern war fail 3. The call of duty series as a whole has been shitty since modern war fail 2.

Modern war fail 3?

No no no no no.

YOU mean Modern Warfare 2.1

Gee whiz that joke just keeps getting funnier

I am going to play both games, so what ever

I have given up on the COD series. World at War was a great MOD of COD 4 and didn’t claim to be ground-breaking. It was what it set out to be: just great WW2 action using the COD 4 engine.

MW2 was a waste of money. Slightly interesting expansion of the story-line, but the game-play felt virtually the same and without an f***ing console or accessible game-files, there was no potential to tweak the settings to create a dynamic experience like you could in COD 4. It is not worth 60 bucks to see guns that failed to make the grade when the Army contemplated replacing the M16 a few years ago.

MW3 is more of the same. :fffuuu:

Okay, this just surprised me.

The, semi-automatic grenade launcher, XM-25 is going to be in the Multiplayer. Multiplayer.
Thank you, Activision. Tubers were so much fun! Now with 4 round mags! Quadruple fun roight thea!

Fuck that noise.

We seriously need a “Complain about Call of Duty” thread. It gets old when any video game thread turns into it on its own anyways.

…and clutter the forums even more? What are you? Some kind of a genius?

Is there anything that can’t be complained about in the modern CoD’s?
It’s a fucking repetitive run-and-gun game! It might as well be on-rails.

That might add variety come to think of it.

And we all know CoD can’t have variety…

I’m just gonna say this:

Call of Duty… is good.

I’m not going to say that it is “TEH BEST GAEM EVUR!!1!!!111!”
but I am aware that it is just a near exact replica of the previous game. I don’t think that should be something to complain about since some people who play CoD a lot knew that already. Somehow CoD is farting profits like it’s on laxatives albeit the fact it’s the same game. People should already know that and either play the game or ignore it. If you would rather play CoD, good for you. If you hate it, good for you.

As for me, I play CoD. I don’t play it that much. I only play it when I feel like it. I mostly play TF2. When I’m bored with TF2, i either play:

CoD
Oblivion
Minecraft
Try to play BF3 on Xbox (My PC is crap)
Dance Dance Revolution
WoW

Or whatever I feel like playing/doing.

So with CoD. I pretend I’m a one man hype train with no brakes. But in reality I’d rather play TF2.

I have nothing against MW, CoD4 was an amazing game when I first played it in 07, online was so much fun; felt like it was built for PC online gaming (never again). The Campaign was pretty awesome as well, by the time MW2 came out it kind of turned main stream, and extremely popular. The campaign was still good fun and multilayer wasn’t bad, since my Battlefield 3 can’t run SP or MP for more than 3 minutes without completely locking up and having to reset my computer I look forward to MW3 a lot more now.

Screw you Origin!

^Bad computer =/= bad game ^

On a lighter note.
I was rather content with the Call of Duty series until Black Ops.
The campaign was. . . ok. But the multiplayer is a disaster.
Infinity Ward has a good idea of what they’re doing. But I think Treyarch is killing the series. (World at War, Black Ops, Black Ops 2).
The whole series might have gotten a better rep if only Infinity Ward had developed the games.

Black Ops 2?
