I mean, if he is that tall (seemed at least 6’2 high), then why is he pursuing wealth?
EDIT: I changed 6’1 to 6’2.

What in the fuck does that even mean?
Are all tall people in Russia not rich because being tall negates the wish to be rich?
I do not live in Russia, and just forget it.
If you want a game that drops you into a decent world while still letting you do shit, I’d recommend the two games based on The Chronicles of Riddick. People will tell you to ignore Assault on Dark Athena, but fuck them.
You know, before he said he spoke Russian primarily, I was reading everything he said in a Russian voice in my head haha
Ehhh on topic: I’d say give Doom 3 and the first FEAR a whir if you haven’t yet. I also recommend Fallout 3 and New Vegas, as well as Criminal Origins, the Mass Effect series, Bioshock Infinite, and Spec Ops: The Line.
I want to help out, but I can’t figure out what this topic is about.
The original F.E.A.R. definitely has the “Half-Life” feel- polished combat, well told story, first person, mute protagonist, great enemy AI. Certainly hits the right notes.
F.E.A.R is fucking great.
Oh fuck yes, must replay FEAR again. That game was awesome.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a great game.
You might want to try Dishonored, it’s on Unreal 3 engine, and made by some people who worked on Half-Life 2+Episodes. But there’s no countryside bits, it’s all “inside a city”. It’s also separated into missions.
In particular, concept artist Viktor Antonov created a lot of the art direction for Dishonored, some of it based on unused concepts for Half-Life 2.
In some parts, Dishonored is quite literally identical to the Half-Life 2 beta.
Thanks guys for responses, I am noting all of them!
Actually,
it was
an
iPad.
Portal 2
portal 1 is more like hl2ep2 as it utilyzed the exact same engine version (it even still has code for the hl2 guns which can be spawned with console command cheats)
Dishonored would be a great one, especially if you liked the setting for the half life 2 and episodes arc. I swear, I felt like I was in city 17 sometimes, just after the citadel collapse.
That’s technically true, but I’d argue that Portal 2 is a lot better for story-telling and exploration.
I feel like Portal 2 drags on a bit, but I enjoy the humor and characters far more than in Portal 1, so I can excuse it (although at this point I’ve nearly memorized a lot of the scenes to the point it kinda loses the charm).
“Prey” is a good game, with the level of execution close to that of the game of this topic.
I still really wanna play Prey.
I fucking hated Prey…
