The only reason people seem to think that is because of the pink purse. Valve is well aware that some people think this, so they poke fun at it, like the whole keyboard in portal thing after people asked about the ASHPD looking like A. Shepard.
The pyro has a pink purse because he’s flaming.
If you care to watch the HD version then pause it at 0:04 to see all the messages on the electronic board and you’ll find me on the bottom row 
VaLve should look into making this into an actuall TV series!!
I’m always keen to see more animated narrative from Valve. Meet the Heavy was a great start, but seeing them progress all the way to the L4D intro movie and Meet the Spy they’re becoming incredibly adept at it.
Though I think proper animated short films like the ones Pixar do to show in front of their movies is a more realistic goal than a TV series.
I’ve always felt that Meet the Heavy was kinda dull, and now, thanks to Meet the Spy, I just can’t get myself to enjoy watching it. I hope they remake it one day.
Also, how about a little one-episode-a-week, five-minutes-long TF2 online series? Now THAT would be nice.
I really like Meet The Heavy, because it’s an excellent parody of a very particular kind of TV interview. The camera effects in particular are spot on.
I just feel that it needs more more action and/or interaction with other characters. I’m not very into watching people sit down a and talk about stuff, but you’re right - the “I have yet to meet one that can outsmart boolet” line makes me smile every time.
Remember, that was their first short. They’ve only improved since then, so yeah.
I’d definitely say from their latest work here, they’ve certainly improved. This was one of my favourite updates so far, can’t wait to see what would be next. Medic?

I can’t help but feel that MTSpy was more…‘dramatic’ purely because of the Spy’s nature. I can’t imagine the MTMedic being along those movie-ish lines. Maybe another Interview sort of thing.

They already did medic. The only classes they haven’t done are Engie, Demo and Soldier. Depending if the class-counter-class update method works the way they hoped, I’d imagine we’ll be seeing Engie and Demo next.

So far they have done: demo, soldier, heavy, spy, scout, sniper.
Still have to do: pyro, medic and engie.
