I think yes. The razorback is something to prevent all these spys from killing all the n00b snipers why are just going for unlocks. It’s just a counter mechanism for the spy release, snipers have a huge disadvantage against spys because their scope prevents them from spy checking all the time, and they stay away from other people, so the spy can make a clean getaway.
It’s obviously going to be a double update, they didn’t do all that work on the Sniper (see the blog post where they discuss the thought preocesses behind the Huntsman) just to throw it all away for the purposes of a joke.
