MECHWARRIOR MECHWARRIOR MECHWARRIOR

All I was saying is, with plenty of other mechs more suitable for that role, using Rifleman as a second line brawler is a bit strange. In my book, Rifleman was always the one standing on top of the hill with some PPCs, packing some long range punch (since he is most useful there) while some LBXers do some real damage.

You can say the same about every mech in the game. What matters though is the fact that you can be more efficient and helpful to the team in that specific role sitting in mech which is more suitable in given situation.

True. Very True. I wasnt attempting to counter that. But (again, memory may serve me wrong on here) but isnt Rifleman a little faster than the other second liners? Fitted appropriatley, that could work too. But, as it appears your memory of the mechanics are better than mine, I will back out of this one. I do believe you are right anyway.

Cant argue with you on that one.

10 kmh is not really a big difference, since you more or less tend not to go full throttle unless you want to get the hell out.
Customizing is fun and cool, but to limited extent. Better choose a mech basing on what it’s originally designed and if customizing, don’t got to much away from default (unless you want to mount 3 long toms on Daishi :jizz:, but that’s a different story).

In pen and paper, Rifleman was designed for anti-aircraft.

looks like we’re going Mw3 all the way.

My bad, I meant ERPPC’s.

That’s obviously a very big difference.

Anyone ever use masakaris?

This brokeback with Daishi legs?

Yes.
