Loss of Interest in BM?

basically you’re admitting to playing leaked stolen code.

This is no real, for the real Half Life fans, like me or other people of this website the interest don’t fall… for another people aren’t patient or can’t wait for this, yeah I think the interest fall, but for me, for example, no.

I was thinking it looked more like a G3 with an M203. And the SPAS looks too blocky. xP

Must be your eyesight then

Yeah, I am with you in your impression, of the MP5, but… wait, this looks better, then wait to compare where is better in battle.

Came to this website weeks ago, found nothing.

Came her today, found nothing.

I’ll come back in a few months.

You sound like you placed an order and didn’t get it.

There’s no loss of interest in BM. Otherwise we wouldn’t even be on this forum.

I wasn’t aware Thor’s Hammer was available in 12-gauge format.

Attention Loyal Black Mesa Fans!

Feeling blue about the lack of updates? Clinging desperately to low resolution prop screenshots occasionally uploaded on the wiki? Tired of being cruelly mocked by the rest of humanity for your unwavering faith in “the final victory”?

Never fear. While it’s true that Black Mesa and Ep3 are in a tight contest for “Most Anticipated Half-Life Game That Nobody Even Knows is Alive or Not” you don’t have to agonize over it anymore.

What I’d do is this. Get some very, very powerful sedative… like crush a pack of sleeping pills up and dump it in your Spaghettios. Then write a note that says “Dear Mom. Wake me up at the end of 2010.” Ok now don’t screw this up… don’t misplace the 1 and the 0 and it be 2100. Or make your 0 squished so she thinks its 2011. End of 2010.

Then eat your Spaghettios.

Someone is going to be dumb enough to follow that advice, and then you will get sued, and I will laugh.

I still don’t understand what more updates, screenshots, or videos could possibly prove. You have shown us plenty. All we need now is for the game to be finished and released.

Someone who cannot wait much longer for BM certainly!

Argh, the constant nagging about updates is just about as annoying as when you can’t find a job and every single one of your relatives is pissing you off on a daily basis asking about when it’s finally going to happen. God fracking damn it.

I just know how the devs feel and I do feel very sorry for 'em. Truly.

:awesome:

I love spaghettios!

good, most games screw it up.

…I still love DOOMs shotty.

My interest peaked in this mod around the end of 2009. Then again I’m here on the website posting so obviously I’m still somewhat interested. But all in all, the “whens its done approach” or “release date: on schedule.” seems as though the best anyone is gonna get on this. And thats just it, when its done its done, end of story. It looks great, theres a ton of hype over it and thats all good and well. But its just a game, some people seem a little too obsessed and everything that can be discussed about the game has been beaten to death on this site already. Only thing left is to play it! This site has just turned into a nerd haven to host mostly off-topic discussions, such as the best RPG of all-time or your favorite file format, zip or whatever. This is not a personal attack on anybody here, just an observation. Lookin forward to release, whenever that is. But until then I have real life to attend to.

With regards to the release, I couldn’t have said it better myself.

Best line ever… It’s nice to know the mod will be out before 2011

I drew this because words cannot describe my joy.

Nate pops his head out and posts for the first time in months, and offers probably the most useful advice ever given on these forums.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
