So I play some games where I am not constantly reaching my monitors refresh rate 60hz and when it drops below this I notice and feel the lag. However when hooked up to my TV at 1080i where the refresh rate is only 30hz and v-sync keeps it down to 30 FPS where it never goes below I feel no lag. These aren’t Shooters so I feel no need for the extra 30 frames or I’d turn down the settings. My question is, is there any application or program to limit FPS in any game? I can’t play on my TV all the time.
