And no, you don’t have the rights to produce this game, because it is not based on VALVe’s source/Half-Life engine, thus you are creating a stand-alone full game (as opposed to a mod), on another platform, without permission, and basically ripping off all of the intellectual property, which last time I checked, comes under the heading of illegal.
I am also aware that VALVe’s Legal Team orbit the planet in a veritable Death Star, so good luck in court, and the minimum-wage overtime under fifteen different employers you’ll need to pay the compensation, and if they’re really feeling mean, their legal fees as well (I say minimum wage overtime, because being a former fifteen year old, I happen to know that young’uns get paid piss-all for work).

StrikeBeam, just so you know if you come to a PC Mod’s forum with primarily PC gamers and talk about doing the same thing with DS your probably going to laughed at.
