A day and a half left.
After waiting since 2005, we only have 18 hours left.
Giggity.

what?!!! no way :fffuuu:
I’ve only played it once as well! Which is weird, since I am a huge Half-Life fan. It’s probably because HL1 is a huge time commitment and I don’t like to leave play-throughs unfinished. Now, as for Blue Shift and Opposing Force, I have played those multiple times since they’re a lot shorter.
This is going to be amazing.
I also like how you guys set up the counter to change for all the different sites so it is at an appropriate size for each. But this confuses me:
//Give the date ---------------------------------
year = 2012; month = 9; day = 14;
//Give the point of time ------------------------
hour= 14; min= 47; sec= 0;
Hour 14 (2:47 PM)? Why doesn’t it say 8 (8:47 AM)? Am I missing something?
(Yes I was bored.)
I’d assume that 8:47 MDT is 14:47GMT
I have half life 2 installed on steam. im set for the mod right?
before you get flamed on. go to your steam library. click “All games” near the top, click tool on the drop down list. find “Source SDK base 2007.” Install that, and then your ready to play.
normal for 2006 to download along with it? you cant stop it from downloading, only pause.
Yep, that’s normal.
I’m quite content right about now. I start classes at 7:40 A.M. PST, but all I do it remote connect from my iPhone to my computer at home and get the download started. Get home at 12:30 A.M. and hopefully it finishes!
Are those metric hours?
Idd, 36 hours left would been more correct, but hey, this is HALF-life right :retard:
So this mod will be out at 747PST. I’m gonna have to check when the local coffee shop opens, I am so occupying that shit for the download.
Ask, and ye shall receive.
Is it tired and entirely predictable to want to play this in the final 34 seconds of the countdown?
When the countdown stops, I will have one hour left at work. It’s going to be one of the longest hours of my life.
Then I have to drive 40 minutes to get home. That’s going to be the last 40 minutes of the lives of anyone foolish enough to get in my way.
@up
Call out sick for that day, food poisoning for example
My parents bought me HL for the PC when it first came out… I remember it being the game to test my system on when I was buidling crappy PCs out of used parts… im talking Pentium 2 processors and 16mb video card. I have played and replayed all the games… over and over… when I heard about Black Mesa… i freaked out. Told random strangers about it… all my friends know.
It is the single most anticipated recreation of any game I have ever looked forward too… HL is the game that got me into PC gaming… I have a HL tattoo on the back of my wrist…
Just one day left… one day
I’m sorry if this is asked already, but 14 pages are a lot to read.
My concern is, now that BMS is greenlit on steam, if I want to download on steam, will I download whole 8gb or the setup (which’s 3.03gigs)?
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
