Keyboard Keys

does anybody know where to buy single keyboard keys for notebooks?
I need a new “W”-Key, I accidently broke my one.
Thanks in advance!

Try out https://laptopkey.com/

they don’t have keys for samsung notebooks :frowning:
thanks anyway!

Would crafting one out of chewing gum or sculpey work?

I have a seed stuck under my ‘3’ key… can’t take it out cos its a laptop, but it is annoying

So I feel your pain :stuck_out_tongue:

Just open 'er up. It shouldn’t be too hard.

When I buy a laptop I always make sure the keys are removable without breaking, cuz my friend bought one that when you remove a key you can’t put it back on, silly Acer.

My oldest has a laptop that suffered the wrath of a then 3 year old. Keys and little parts were everywhere. While I went around the house on hands and knees looking for the letters, he had to painstakingly put them back on. We ultimatly got all of them back on except for the missing - symbol. z had to be taped along side of the shift key cuz the small part that made it snap back on was missing.

If you cant live without that key replacement keyboards are usually about $20. There also fairly easy to install. [COLOR=‘DimGray’](mine was 1 screw, 1 snap connector, and a ribbon cable)

W is generally a key a gamer can’t live without.

If you can’t find a single-key replacement, or a vendor that supplies laptop keyboards in your country, have a look on E-Bay for a replacement keyboard.

thank you all for the help, I think I found something on ebay

Hope it will work
