Not so long ago, a group robbed an “Internet Cafe” and one of the members went to Facebook on one of the computers and didn’t log off. No need to say what happened next :stuck_out_tongue:

If you don’t have a Facebook account, you might be slightly behind the times. Or way ahead of the times, depending on which way you look at it.

I wish my school would stop using facebook to share schedules and other stuff. If they did, I would quit facebook. I haven’t had any more use of it for 2 years.

I mostly only use facebook to keep track of people and keep tabs on their schedules, habbits and daily haunts, times when they are alone at home, etc.

But I have a facebook so don’t worry, I’m not creepy or anything.

How can psychologists think this is any sort of indicator? Maybe someone doesn’t want their email inbox filled with Facebook messages, or maybe talking to everyone in person or on Skype is enough to them.

I reaaally don’t see the kind of “coke of the internet” quality people seem to give to facebook. It’s handy but I still find bubble wrap paper a hell of a lot more transfixing.

Also, the whole thing strikes me as a sort of high school mentality. “Ooh, you don’t like the popular stuff, what are you, like, some sort of nerd freak?”

I use facebook for the apps… chatting with friends just a bonus.

I finally got a facebook last year, I only use it to actually talk to my friends and let them know what I’m doing.

Plus I was pretty tired of everyone I meet saying OH U DON’T HAVE A FACEBOOK WHY FRGD HRGD
