Incorrect album art

So recently, I decided to buy a Sansa Connect, because my old mp3 player broke. I used Windows media player to sync the music, and it worked fine, the only problem is that all of the album art is wrong. Instead of the correct album art, it shows the “I’m on a Boat” album picture. Is there a fix for this?

In Windows Media Player, it shows up as the “I’m on a Boat” album picture too.

Same question here…

This is only a guess but it might work. Open your music folder Ctrl+F *.jpg Ctrl+A del
If on XP don’t forget to search for hidden files.

How much of a trouble is setting the artwork manually?

In WMP you should be able to just copy the image of the album artwork, and paste it over the album artwork. Copy the artwork you want, right click the incorrect artwork in Windows Media Player, and click “Paste Album Art” or something to that effect. That’s how I remember doing it when I used WMP, been a while though.

I know how to do it in real player…

^ no. no. nononononononon.nonon. NO

I don’t trust WMP with Album Art, or anything else, for that matter. I use Winamp to tag and add artwork. If there is no available artwork, I use mp3tag to add it manually.
