Back when the supposed Episode 3 concept art leaked, I knew some of it looked familiar, but I couldn’t exactly put my finger on how or what it was. It turns out it reminded me of the IHV(Independent Hardware Vendor) Test textures. Anyone else think they might have planned a fourth set of citizen outfits for the arctic levels & this was the earliest design?

It’s mostly the nose/mouth area on the one with the goggles down. That & the domino mask reminded me of smaller goggles quickly drawn into the texture.
