For the lazy people to click:
Q: So is it all coming to a huge end after Episode III?
Doug Lombardi: We’re gonna wrap it all up, put a bow on it - the G-Man is Gordon’s father… it’s all good.

You do realize he’s just using it as a sarcastic example, right?

Sarcasm may sometimes hint on something true,
What I am trying to say is that G-Man may have some family contact with Gordon Freeman.

I am willing to bet my firstborn that he doesn’t, especially because of this quote.

Sigh.

hmm, again…
Ok, if G-Man has a famliar relationship with Gordon, this means that Gordon has non-human gens. in other terms: Gordon must have some inhuman capabilities that are similar to G-Man’s.
But, we now that Gordon IS human. G-Man is not. Gordon don’t break things with his mind, and he doesn’t talk because Valve wanted the player giving personality to him.

G-Man is only a misterious character that is powerful enough to, direct or indirectly, control people. Why he does it? Nobody but Valve personnel knows.

Sometimes I think that even Valve personnel does not know who or what G-Man is…
Anyway there is no direct proof that G-Man is a non human… He may use some device or his ‘employers’ (Half Life 1) to predict events or to control peoples mind.
Besides… Gordon done lots of crazy stuff that no normal human could do

HEV…

Yayyy! More people being stupid on purpose! Yayyy!

But if G-man is Gordan’s father, then WHO WAS FONE?

BM comics are coming to reality, mainly the leak-free ones…
comrades, prepare your weapons, a new wave is coming…
nothing more to say…

You have my Hammer!

Obvious troll is obvious.

You got trolled by Doug Lombardi.

I hope Valve is just making up Gman’s story as they go. I bet he’s totally jacked under that suit. Maybe with gray chest hair and a tattoo of a big pink heart with “Gordie” written in a swirly font.

Old interview is old.
Discredited by the fat guy… I can’t seem to remember his name, even though any other time I could remember it.

Breen’s Host body is Gordon Freeman from the future. This gave him a number of odd mannerisms as well as a making a number of changes to the body itself. The result was his ability to move differently through time, and once he recognized who he was, he set about going back in time to set the series of events in motion that would lead to acquiring his host body and awesome powers. Of course he needed to ensure that Gordon Freeman survived or else he’d never be able to get his host body, which is why you constantly see him throughout HL and HL2.
As for that scene at the end of Half Life, he actually made multiple runs through that, going back in time repeatedly and giving advice to himself until he managed to make the offer in such a way that gordon would accept it. There were multiple cases where Gordon refused, but Gman would just go back in time to alter his speech/inflection slightly until he got the answer he wanted.

So Gman is actually Breen’s Mind + Gordon’s Body + Combine Powers

Eric Fong:Gordon I am your father!
