meh most of that is just grumpy-old-man type complaining about nothing and everything
seems like a very euro centric and elitist view of the world where the ignorant masses ruin it for the enlightened few who would make the world a paradise if not for those little sheeple
i mean maybe if any of the commentary in that vein that is ever uttered wasnt based on the assumption that european/american culture will be dominant practically forever and the idea that there’s such a thing as “devolution”, it might be less tired and old
