That maze, that maze right there was the best game around for some time. But were the grey bricks the roof or the floor?!
:awesome:
Jazz Jackrabbit (one of the first games from the studio that created Gears of War etc.)
Death Rally (has been re-released, free download)
Interstate '76

the flying windows screensaver
i used to be a phone phreaker, so i used to here that all the time
I have a copy of that game lying around somewhere. Good times.
I also have 2+3, 3 isn’t as good though. It’s an entirely different game.
I sure do, with a very old version of Internet Explorer.
@ Cameron
Yeah I also have the original RollerCoaster Tycoon game still in working order. It needs a patch though in order to save the game if you’re using a newer operating system. I still play it sometimes.
I absolutely loathed Windows 98 back then. It was a jumbly mess of code that was constantly on the brink of crashing. When Win XP came out, it was such a massive improvement over Win98 that when I installed it, I simply never looked back.
god I miss the 90s soooo bad
here are all of the windows 95 sounds if anyone wants them

EDIT: heres all of the windows 98 ones (download these there better)
That’s probably why Windows XP even today is still very popular among normal PC users.
That’s what happens when Win XP and Windows 7 both happen to be excellent OS’s.
Roller Coaster Tycoon, ohh shit, nostalgia tears ;__;
Pffft, fools, true classic PC gaming is all about MS-DOS…
c:\cd games
c:\games\cd doom
c:\games\doom\doom
Indeed !
I don’t.
I only miss Raptor, and that was DOS.
I played HL on Win98. And fallout.
I dunno, I freaking hated every version of Windows before and after XP.
What I hate most about Windows is that it’s so damn easy to corrupt the operating system beyond repair. Could easily happen while doing some memory testing when overclocking, or with silent data corruption.
Can’t you pretty much ruin any operating system that gives you free access to its system files?
The problem is that you hear more about people having problems with Windows because the vast majority of the home user base uses Windows.
Linux and OSX also have their own chronic problems, it’s just that you hear less about them, and also because the average Linux user is too smart to ruin it and the average OSX user doesn’t bother messing too much with it.
