How would YOU release Black Mesa?

Considering it’s been 7 years, days, weeks, even months are very good in time.

The question is, which tomorrow?

The day after tomorrow

That’s awfully specific…Ram said it could be any tomorrow…it could be tomorrow 3 years from now

Bingo! Jackpot!

Now the only question is: Which universe will this tommorow be in?

I feel this forum will never see a tommorrow

I don’t think they care.

Now that’s what I call a status update :retard:

Of course not. I’m just a bit afraid that the game will be a bit outdated when it’s finally released. I hope it won’t of course.

Why would that matter? like at all. You still enjoy half life 2 right? this is still going to be a massively improved version of the half-life you played. Who cares if the graphics are slightly outdated compared to modern day graphics.

Touché :awesome:

Yeah, I just hope that the reviewers won’t say that the game’s outdated because of the graphics. But who cares, it’ll be wonderful anyway

I could imagine the IGN score now

3/10

+Half-Life remake
-Bad Graphics
-Not Call of Duty

Their assets that they’ve shown ALREADY look a cut above most modern assets.

I mean look at that shit! It’s amazing.

The only thing that makes BM look dated is the source engine being dated and hardly more advanced than it was in 2004.

Lots of professional games could use with having higher quality textures but it seems like the BM team are using pretty high quality textures  .

OK folks spread, there is nothing to see here

What can I say you were a good leading man the audience will love you, don’t expect any royalty checks where your going though.

Be thankful flyaway

I can wait for this… After all, it has to be released by 2013 or Ram loses money. :retard:

I’d release silently and blame someone else.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
