You can’t add a weapon, only replace the way an already existing weapon looks like.

A skin is a modification to the game, therefore it is a mod. Feel free to prove me wrong.
Playing dumb and not realizing he probably wants to make a skin (even though you completely acknowledged it in the line before this) and not a completely new extension of the game isn’t going to make anyone more happy here. Especially not me.
