Hey, I’ve been hanging around here for a year now and I’ve seen references to all kinds of entertaining sounding stories from the older members. Post how long you’ve been on the forums and the funniest thing you’ve seen here. Examples, Swampfox, something Eric did (idk he sounds like a funny guy :slight_smile: ), etc.

I first signed up on BM forums some time oct 06, started posting a year later. I don’t recall anything on this forum worth a laugh.

edit: I joined a bit after Sersoft IIRC. I remember him getting censored everytime he said the word “psp”, getting replaced by “banana”.

95% of any new threads in The Cafeteria are hilarious because they’re rehashing old threads over and over saying the exact same thing.

I’m such a newfag that I wasn’t even part of the community until this iteration of the forum. The funniest thing I’ve seen? I don’t know. There have been some laughs, but nothing comes immediately to mind so I guess nothing’s been that funny.

I joined up sometime after Leak-free and before Gamernode, but I don’t know exactly when. I’ve been here for at least five years I think though. I don’t post much, so I don’t know if any of the other vets can vouch for me. The funniest thing I can recall in recent memory was the Danny Smith ordeal. Every post of his was hysterical.

Been around since '06. Funniest thing was probably that mapper application that CornetTheory narrated. Plus some other shit I don’t remember.

I came to the forums, I believe, a couple months before the last forum crash, then have been around ever since, but I’ve been following the mod since '07 or '08.

Funniest thing I saw, I think, was the ban game I participated in and the resultant mass bannage for one day. :slight_smile:

I joined the forums last year, february.

And the funniest thing I’ve seen here, was the trollact by the members, who made other people believe that Black Mesa was released, at the end of last year.
