How is BM:S not #1 on ModDB?

The probable reason for BM not being number 1 is that its not been released yet. I’m sure that when it is, it’ll be number 1, easily.

You’d think so, but you’d be wrong.

will be number one after will be released

A joke? I quite enjoyed that mod. The level design is brilliant and the mod shows that a mod without custom content can still be very good.

Not to mention, you know, it impressed Valve so much that they hired the guy to work on episode three.

^^ that

Also if you dive in a little deeper than the surface of the mod you will find that the story that goes along with Minerva is quite alluring. I’ve read thousands of ideas and multiple explanations of the origins of (the character) Minerva, and the place beyond the portal. If your feeling mentally adept check out the Minerva forums for some intelligible discussion.

i is a house!

boobies

Do you know why the chicken crossedthe road?

Cause he had aids ololololol

Tbh alot or all of the games above BM are already out or have been out for a while and so they would be more popular as people can actually play them and they are treated more as ‘classics’ even though ofc they are not.

But when BM is released i have no doubt that BM will be #1. No need to worry we all know that:

BM > All

and i am pretty sure having a mod constantly best is kinda boring for Moddb viewers  and so BM vote deletions are nessercery and i doubt that BM wont reach number until its relasesed

wateva… i have norton.

:retard:

oh, for cryin’ out loud.

Black Mesa is THE most ambitious non-profit mod this world has EVER seen and will EVER see.

the half-life community should kiss the dev team’s feet for doing this.

i’d be surprised not only if it didn’t be the #1 mod in the world, but if the BM dev team wouldn’t get any special attention from other developers like job offerings and stuff like that. it could happen. and they’d deserve it.

now if you allow me, i’d like to take this opportunity to take off my hat and thank them for doing this.

:takesoffhatandmakesweirdsoundstowardsthesky:

Pff, Black Mesa sucks.

Because the Black Mesa mod is still not released, that’s why. :frowning:

neither are you, bitch

Smell good way up in the devs’ asses?

Alright, champ, let’s hear your take on this mod then.

Oh wait…

hey… it worked for me.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
