How are you going to pass the time for Black Mesa's release?

As the title says, how are you guys going to pass the time until the mod releases? Personally, I’m going to do the following:

Finish replaying Half-Life.
-I really gotta finish repeating this.

Continue playing Mass Effect 3.
-It’s not as good as the 1st and 2nd, but I just got it…

Watch really dumb movies.
-I don’t know why I’m doing this.

Try to watch more Youtube.
-It kinda works.

Do my mini marathon about Half-Life mods and other cool stuff and comment about them.

Random games, Natural Selection 2, College work, drivers license test, stuff like that

Schoolwork, schoolwork, schoolwork… with some CS:GO mixed in between whenever I can.

Otherwise, stare agonizingly at the countdown timer. :’(

I am attempting to beat HL1 on hard (I’m not a very good gamer and I’ve died several times by the vorts in Office Complex for example) before the mod comes out. :slight_smile:

I’m also trying to do a mini Black Mesa Release Marathon on Youtube, where I’m doing random mods and stuff and comment on them.

Same, then add drivers license test and weekend job to it.

  • F.E.A.R. Xbox 360 on Extreme difficulty

  • Finish Mass Effect 3

  • Finish as many scenarios of Roller Coaster Tycoon as possible

  • Stretch goal: Get around to finishing Final Fantasy XIII-2

All this mixed with working on a mod of my own. Restarted the whole idea from scratch, doing a new one map by map. So far it’s coming out surprisingly well.

…Oh, and schoolwork. Someone HAD to remind me…

EDIT: I’m thinking of putting together a review of the mod once it’s out, screenshots and all. It’ll be fun to write. =D

Definitely PLaythrough Half-Life again, do some Source mapping, hang on forums a lot.

Truthfully, as much as I’ve been waiting for this game(mod). I’m probably going to be to occupied playing Borderlands 2. Playing Borderlands to pass the time.

After that dies out I will then play Black Mesa whether it’s fully finished at the time or where they stop us. :3

Play Half-Life: Source Ultimate Definition. Then just plain Half-Life: Source… then uh watching Freeman’s Mind, Barney’s Mind, and Shepard’s Mind again… and then uh schoolwork, homework, voice lessons, singing awesome rock songs, chilling out, having a mug of Coke, then a mug of Arizona Iced Green Tea, then listening to SLAYER while chanting… USA! USA! USA! USA! And headbanging to the best American thrash metal band of all time. Which is… SLAYER!

Playing HL1 with hi def pack just so that I can bathe in the awesomeness of BM when the day of reckoning comes round.

Sell more Scuba Diving equipment… replay Orange Box… Play Gears of War 3… Scold the kid… Maybe gain motivation back up to finish my Gunz Mansion for Counter -Strike Source… Eat at the amazing Ramen noodle houses in Japan… Hang out with my good friend Captain Morgan… Yada. Yada. Yada.

I finished HL more than 10 times, I even made a run on godmode just from being bored ;/ I know every corner of this game already, hopefully BMS will replace this cycle
