HEV suit.

Man, that sucks. I always hated in HL how a tube just sat there and recharged your suit. The tube being put in the player would be so cool.

Purely cosmetic. No effect on game play. Unnecessary coding!

I think the HEV Power Stations should have AI.

Whenever Gordon enters an area, it should open up like a clam and unleashed eighteen electro-tentacles that rocket around walls to get to him, and then Gordon has to shoot them off or else it will overcharge his suit and he’ll explode.

… Its like you want me to get pissed off again. O_o

God forbid that should happen.

I know. All those CAPS! Its not good for anyone.

Anyway, how about we slide back into the topic?

I believe I was on topic before you went and made a David Bruce Banner about my suggestion.

David Bruce Banner?
(And to be fair, that suggestion was pretty stupid)

David Bruce Banner being the Hulk in human not-so-angry form.

Oh, I know it from the comics and basically everything other then the TV series, there’s no David, it’s just Bruce Banner. Threw me off there.

Yeah, I was gonna say about the David thing…

So are you all having a voice actor redo the lines of the HEV suit (if so might I ask who the voice actor is?) or are you refurbishing the old ones?

o; ms sam to the rescue.

So, if the team isn’t casting for the voice, or using the old ones,
it’ll be either generated speech or simply silent. (The annoyingly long impulse-101 reintroductions could give some credit to the latter, and considering Raminator you just know the team isn’t afraid to have it be mute…)

But I look forward to hearing some generated lines, regardless! :stuck_out_tongue:

Is it gay to almost cry when HAL does that near the end of Space Odyssey?

Reusing the old sounds or mute?

Using the HEV sounds included in the Source SDK base, as is.

Does what? :stuck_out_tongue:

The part where dave unplugs his ass and the he sings that song.

Yes I know what you meant, I was merely pointing out a humourous spelling error.

And yes, it is gay. Harden the fuck up.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
