Help needed with HDR

I am making a new map based off of the house in the picture
but I want to get the HDR lighting to resemble this picture

I am using this skybox

I need the bluish soft lighting outside
and the lights inside the house to look similar

But I have no clue whatsoever how to do this
I usually just use LDR
Any tips, suggestions, Good Tutorials, Etc.

Put lights where you think they would be and it will be all good. About the skybox, just make your own skybox or find a similar one.

There is an option for the ambience lighting in the light_environment settings, you can set the specific brightness and colour to make the rest of the natural light which does not come directly from the sun that bluish.

I will experiment, trial and error, i have a separate small map i made specifically for quick compiles so i can test the lighting

Color correction.

Actually, that might be the key factor here. The whole picture has this bluish color.

If you could get color correction to work you would be my hero. For some reason, I can’t get it to work in ep2.

You need a point entity called “color_correction” in your map or it won’t work.
