You have to sign up, you could use a fake (email) address and you never need to use it, but I know what you mean about having useless accounts on sites.
I’m pretty sure it’s in the FAQ that this kind of crap is a ban-able offense.
It probably is, but I really want some help, I am asking nicely and people do not have to do anything than give me an email. 
People have already been banned for lockerz invites in the past, Kaze for example.
