Go into one of the vents.

All vents lead to the same area, so yeah, just climb whatever you can reach. Sorta looks like you’re already in one in the second shot, actually.

i have done complete system shock 2 , deus ex 1 , deus ex 2 , half life and others

If you’ve completed Half-Life, then you should be able to get through Black Mesa.
