OH GOD MY SIDES

WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT DOING IN HERE?ITS FULL OF GRAMMAR ERRORS AND ITS WAY TO RANDOM

Anyhow when are you guys going to full texture this (since details are already up)

Me too, actually. The dev textures are pretty attractive on their own. On some maps it hurts to change them, but it’s for the best.

I’ve actually started texturing this map, trying a few different schemes. I’ve only recently come to a style I like, so you’re getting the untextured version. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah, keep in mind that these are all alpha build screenshots, which means they’re pretty much all outdated, with a few exceptions.

Deleted those, er, interesting posts for you.

Thank you, kind sir.

Box’s post is now unfortunately placed.

Yeah, I didn’t delete it because he asked a question as well.

lol What do you mean his is unfortunately placed?

I mean his post is unfortunately placed.

Never mind.

Also, to make this post even slightly relevant, when do you plan on texturing the walls, anyway?

I tried reading the post as he was addressing to the previous post.
Anyway isn’t it possible to remove that and retain only the question Box asked?

I’ve already started.

Some walls have textures, others don’t. Mostly my stuff doesn’t have a whole lot of texturing because, well, I like to focus on the gameplay and entities before moving on to texturing. That’s just how I do it.

So to save time, I’ve outsourced a lot of the texturing and detail work to Crypt. :3

Which is his way of torturing me because he knows I hate texturing.

Seems like interest is fading.

There’s only so many ways to say how cool something is. I wouldn’t call it a lack of interest as I think it’s more a matter of having nothing else to say.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Except for the addons that are in public beta/alpha and get regular updates, there’s not much going on in leak-free.
From my (limited) experience, ModDB is fairly similar.

people will come when there is something new to see

They need to start leaving feedback. More feedback than “That looks good!” because that doesn’t really help much. Definitely uplifting! But functionally useless.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
