yeah, i mean i have installed all sdk and its working but hammer and model viewer is not workin… i have problams with graphic driver (its some old integrated stupidgraphic card) too, soo i cant run black mesa on xp (current using) and i must restart computer and use vista (graphic driver almost (i must run it in windows mode or it will crash “D3D internal driver error”) wrking but it whole os stops responding for no reason) . sorry for doubleposting. il use edit button. and im a real noob. im new to this forums. actualy this is my first forum using.
You also have to have a Source game installed. Black Mesa should be fine for it, though if you can’t even run your maps because your PC isn’t powerful enough than it likely won’t do you much good.
yeah i know about that for source game, its the main problem… i mean i enter game conf on sdk and make black mesa conf and enter black mesa conf… the only problem shoud be my version of black mesa was non steam and i put it into steamapps and source mods… so it founds it on steam but… ahh too much for me… XD
and my pc is : ram 1gb -256 mem for grphc intelo pentium 4 2.80 ghz
and yeah black mesa maps are much more complex than hl1 that i have been working on, even from hl2… but i can run it on vista with 768 mb ram just fine even on maximal settings. allright… i have bored you guys. i will get my problams on my own…

I’d agree with this but it’s not a puzzle that you need to try and figure out. It’s better if you know all of it so you can say if it’s good or bad as a remake.

One idea I had, but it may be a bit much, is have the player get in the standard fancy metal elevator you see everywhere, that elevator stop, they get out in a clearly dirtier area, have them walk down a small path and into the grungy maintenance elevator we have and that take them to the course.

Fixed. I really gotta get in the habit of copying the public link and not the image link. For this room I wanna fill it with lots of computer control panels, and monitors with varying colors, and just keep the room dark/dim with all these colorful lights from the electronics.

Yup, Dky’s (un)breakable glass decals and the sign decal are both in my materials\decals folder.
