i hate when movies do the dragonball z thing where two dudes shoot lasers or magic at other and it meets in the middle in a ball, and then they fight over which direction the ball is going by making constipated faces and grunting. We now know thats how the final battle between voldemort and harry pottar happens, its in the trailer.

Hmm, don’t want to tell you too much. But youre wrong. I guess, you didn’t read the books.
My opinion of the film is that it will be quite bad. Half Blood Prince was dire, they left out all the good bits and tried to turn it into a romcom.

I don’t think that 12 years old kids should read them. Many people die in them…
But…it’s a kid’s book series, targeted at young boys, they just get more mature as they go along because the fan base kept getting older

What do you mean explain it, I just said it matured as it went along but it was always intended to be kid’s series. JK Rowling was just so brilliant that adults ended up liking them as well.

Didn’t like the books and I meh at the movies.
Same goes for every fairy tale out there. Children like it when people in stories die. Especially the bad guys. If good guys die, it makes children all the more vengeful against the bad guys, and they are all the more satisfied with bad guys coming to violent ends then.
Seriously, grow up! Children can cope with a lot more violence and sex than you would imagine.
