Half Life Movie

You’re thinking of Doctor Rosenberg, (Who designed the AMS that started HL) Walter Bennet, and Simmons. They have nothing to do with the Lambda team, other than the Lambda team wouldn’t give them their teleporter. Doctor Kliener is the injured guy from HL1 who’s with Eli at the beginning, exept his model has been retconned by valve (and will be fixed in BM)

You Are A GOD!!
That is exactly my view on resident evil, good movies nothing to do with the games exept character names and zombies.

I have mixed feelings about the Resident Evil films.

I liked the first because it was campy but intense and enjoyable.

The second one was okay and they handled Nemesis really well. He’d just pop up and tear through the scene like the shark from Jaws, which was excellent, but the whole mind control thing at the end was just weird.

The third one really pissed me off because before it had been announced I had written an outline for a post-apocalypse zombie film that took place in an abandoned Vegas where portions of the city had been taken over by the sand and shit causing everyone to take refuge in the subterranean service tunnels. And then the teaser for RE:E is released, and… Well… To sum it up in a sentence… Fuck my life…

The Silent Hill film was probably one of the most terrifying, beautiful, and well-made video game movies ever made. However, they failed to set it apart as its own movie, and the casting was a bit… weak, to say the least. And the subplot where Sean Bean is running around investigating his wife’s disappearance was handled in a manner that was a tad boring and unentertaining. It really took away from the fright, and believe me Silent Hill is one of the first movies to scare me in a WHILE.
