"Half-Life 3 Beta" Website

I found this website just now https://www.halflife3beta.com/

The site is clearly made by no one important and, frankly, the terrible English makes it seem like utter bullshit. However, it may be worth taking notice of. Perhaps someone else knows more?

You have to fill out a survey to download the actual game…seems rather shady. Highly doubt it is real.

If this was in any way legit the internet would of imploded by now. Wouldn’t take any notice of it.

Fake. Calling it.

They’re using Comic Sans.

Yep, it’s real.

It even says it’s fake at the bottom: This site is in no way associated with Valve Corporation

So incredibly fake I’d bet everything I own that it’s not real.

I hope you’re willing to pay up when Gaben comes along and announces the HL3 release date via that site next thursday…

You see: Half life 3 beta
I see: Virus Magnet

These idiot fakers don’t even bother to spell-check their bullshit or to make sure their site at least looks kinda genuine.

They only want the hits.

This dudes spelling cracks me up.

I kinda liked the “screenshots”. Got that HL feel to them. This is just the community getting restless and frustrated…shit like this will pop up left and right.

Play HL3 Beta AND meet the woman of my dreams? I’m in

So, download it.

Why do they use these shitty HDR images… I thought this shit is already dead… HDRs are like zombies…

And everyone who thinks it MIGHT be real, is MIGHT be a retard…

I know. Very professional. :stuck_out_tongue: Frankly, I’d be afraid to fill out a survey or download anything from that site.

Actually, I’m fairly certain the “screenshots” are concept art for Metro 2033.

Those are photos from Russian mines or something like that.

They’re photos from the inside of my colon…

Gordon Freeman gets shrunk down and has to go inside Disturbulator to recover a piece of Combine equipment laid dormant for the last two decades that Disturb accidentally ate in his Reeses Puffs one morning.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
