I remember reading that sawed-offs are illegal in California. I can’t make one myself or the barrel will explode upon firing. The gun isn’t going to be intended for home defense (although all the talk about the Big One has me worried about looters.) I’m thinking something along the lines of a Spas-12, but economically viable and something not to get arreseted for.

Maybe a Remington 870? I think they are legal, they look badass and you can get one for 300 bucks IIRC.

As for real guns, I’m a fan of the P90. It got used a lot to fight invading aliens in Stargate SG-1 :slight_smile:
