I’m trying to replace the background on a greenscreen I had. Is there any good FREE software out there I could use?
I can’t vouch for it, but a quick Google search brought up this. I recommend you do a more thorough Google search.
Sadly, I tried that one. It works fairly well but has some patches similar to JPEG artifacts that I can’t get rid of without manually paint brushing it.
theres a link in that link did you try that?
The one to a newer version of the tutorial? No I hadn’t. Thank you! It’s getting late though, so I guess I’ll try it tomorrow.
You you get sony vegas 8, it has a chroma key function in it, there lots of tutorials on the Youtube about it.
Ouch… $600? I suppose there ARE alternate methods of getting though, but I’m not going to be a pirate. :pirate:
Hurrah for you, Medevilae! I bought it for $300, I don’t know what all this $600 business is about. Unless they released 9 recently and didn’t tell me, the selfish bastards.
haha you both fail
piracy is the only way
ITT sersoft’s fucking retarded
it’s not like anyone will check if your software is pirated or not…
$300? Piracy is the only way.
Maybe if you can’t afford it you don’t deserve it.
I’m with sersoft on this, although i do believe if you like a product, then buy it if its in your price reach, but you’d at least want to try it, and Piracy is the best opinion to try something out.
If you’re running XP, you can remove the background in Windows Picture Editor or whatever the hell it’s called and then slap it over the image in paint.
cheap, but it worked three years ago and it should still work now and give a decent result.
I can even watch movies like that, the movie has a special color that makes it visible in front of windows, ah the good old times of overlay video acceleration…
Look at the ad at the top of this page… “Greenscreen wizard”
Looks shit.
And is that bride wearing anything?
And of course it’s not stealing if no-one catches you.
Now your getting it!
