Good Anime

Does anybody have some good animes to suggest? I like Death Note, Full Metal Panic, Hellsing, and Tokko. I don’t like Bleach.

And if you are just going to post “OMFGS lolz anime faggot!!!11!1!!!” Then stfu and gtfo.> :frowning:

Robotech is amusing but stick with The Macross Saga. The Masters was just lame IMO

Avatar: The Last Airbender.

It’s actually real interesting and it’s animated better than real Japanese anime, and nowhere near as retarded.

All I can say on the subject is that this one will suck:

Ever heard of the “Katonian Press?” It’s like the Onion of gaming news. Here’s a hilarious article about Microsoft’s latest whore off:

I’d give it a chance though. The Halo novels and comic books are great, or at least have much more depth than the games. Or maybe it’s the Halo fan inside me gasping for air.

K, I’ll check it out.

:meh: American anime is fail anime.

Edit: @Perky Can’t find either series on the streaming episodes sight I go to. ):

saru getchu on air is a werid yet funny anime, there are episodes on youtube if you want to check

thats got them all quality is not so great I never really have to worry I got them on
DVD because my dad liked them.

Thnx, will watch.

I loved the Spriggan movie, awesome story about the Ark.

FLCL: 7 episodes of si-fi drama on crack.
Paranoia Agent: Paranormal murder-mystery on crack.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann: Giant robot anime satire… on crack.
Mind Game: Crack the movie: on crack.

Goddamn if Paranoia Agent wasn’t the closest to feeling high without actually being high.

I only watched this one called hellsing, which was like FEAR on crack.

I’m noticing a pattern here . . .

Clannad
Clannad: After Story
Hellsing: Ultimate
Claymore
Black Lagoon
Canaan
Code Geass
Elfen Lied
Gunslinger Girl
Ergo Proxy
Pumpkin Scissors
Lucky Star
K-On
Haruhi
Toradora
… aaand that’s all the good ones I can think of that haven’t been listed.

Go to your Google tab bar and type in “hentai.” Now have one hand on the mouse with the other hand down… And you’re all set for some pleasurable anime.

I know someone on XBox Live that likes anime. I don’t see what all the fuss is about, unless it’s of course it’s the reason mentioned above, then it’s understandable, but it’s still fucking creepy.

No one suggested Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood ??

It’s a remake of the original, that better follows the magna series.

If you really like Hellsing you could try Hellsing Ultimate. It’s the same thing, with the same people doing the same characters, but different. More bloody in parts, and the story is more condensed. I have only seen part one so far, but I will be ordering parts 2 through 4 soon.

Cowboy Bebop is a fun series. Very dark at times, but always had that fun in it.
Trigun was entertaining. For a younger audience, but still watchable for older folks.
The Vampire Hunter D movies are worth watching. The first one is a bit anti-climactic, but still very well done. The second one is more vibrant in look, and twisted in story. I’m still not sure if I like it or not after a few viewings. Maybe I need to watch it again?

All of the parts released so far are quite good. The only quark I’ve had with it is that some of the humor is a bit out of place…

Well if you like the Daft Punks, I definitely recommend Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem. There are no dialogue at all in the movie. The audio is the Discovery album from DF, nothing else.

Very good.

Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny were amazing.
