If you could go back in time to when you were 10 years old and tell yourself just one thing what would you say?
NOT the Lottery numbers!

I’d tell myself not to go back in time in ten years.
Wouldn’t that, like, cause you to not need to use a time machine in the first place, creating a time paradox, the results of which could cause a chain reaction that would unravel the very fabric of the space-time continuum, and destroy the entire universe?!
Granted, that’s a worse case scenario. The destruction might in fact be very localized, limited to merely our own galaxy.
I’d punch him in the neck and tell him not to be such a weenie for the next few years of his life.
10 years ago was when i saw that creepy dude with long hair and red eyes and a beard playing on a computer from 2010, he told me to keep doing what im doing and left in his time machine.
I’d tell him to go learn how to swim instead of waiting 3 years
^This.
I’d tell myself to never register on these forums so I would be spared the horror of threads such as these.
Are you implying that this is a bad thing? :hmph:
I’d tell him the names of that handful of hot girls who would finally turn out to have a crush on me in school, without me ever noticing, so that he (my other self) can prepare to read the signs when the time has come, thus resulting in having a fulfilled sex life during high school instead of staying a virgin till the age of 24. I think that could have a major impact on my whole life and change who I become entirely.
I’d tell him to “Stop acting like an asshole and start learning stuff” and this^
ooo that must be tough childhood.
It was.
Fuck yes it was.
sniff excuse me…
I’d switch brains with my 10 year old self so I’d be as smart back then like I am now. Just wish there was a significant difference in the smartness
I would tell myself to begin recreating Half-Life with the Source engine.
^oh yeas! This all the way!
that was kind of depressing to read, honestly.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
